Smaller pieces ship via UPS,  please allow 6-10 business days for standard shipping.

RETURNS 

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand if you need to make a return. For any questions or concerns, or to initiate the returns process please contact me directly at maevepacheco@gmail.com

All sales on custom made designs are final and cannot be returned. Any other items will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. These items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Pieces must be clean, unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. Delivery costs for returns are non-refundable. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use a trackable shipping service to send your item back. Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you and if approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
