Claire Zeisler, Subversive, Skilled, Sublime.
Three-dimensional free-form fiber sculptures by the extraordinary artist Claire Zeisler. Throughout her career, Zeisler experimented with an array of pliable materials like leather, wool and jute to create oversized, playful and unexpected forms. While Zeisler was an influential artist during the fiber art movement of the 1960’s and 1970’s, her creativity is still just as inspiring today.
